  • Advance booking requires minimum 20% deposit
  • Full payment must be completed before course start
  • All prices are in USD unless specified otherwise
  • 5% transaction fee applies to international transfers
  • Cash payments accepted on arrival (USD/EUR/INR)

Cancellation Policy

  • 60+ days before: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 30-59 days before: 50% refund of total amount
  • 15-29 days before: 25% refund of total amount
  • Less than 15 days: No refund applicable
  • Medical emergencies considered case-by-case

Transfer Policy

  • One-time transfer allowed to future dates
  • Transfer request must be made 30 days prior
  • Valid for 12 months from original booking
  • Subject to availability and price difference
  • No transfer after course commencement

General Terms

  • Valid passport required for international students
  • Student responsible for visa arrangements
  • Travel insurance strongly recommended
