Prenatal Yoga

What is Pre-Natal Yoga?

In simple terms, it is yoga for pregnant women. During this phase, a woman faces challenges from changes in her body and mind. At the same time, she also needs a supportive environment to ease such difficulties.

At Rishikesh Yoga Ashram, we offer tailored yoga for the prenatal stage. That fulfills the physical and mental supportive needs of expectant mothers. The yoga nurtures her from within, enhances energy, and builds more resistance. As a result, she undergoes a comfortable birthing experience.

What is Post-Natal Yoga?

After a woman brings a new soul to earth, she undergoes challenging physical and mental changes. They can even be more difficult than in the prenatal stage. Therefore, a mom to a newborn needs expert care.
